Senior Corporate Counsel Position

Senior Corporate Counsel at a global manufacturing company with North American operations headquartered in Naperville, IL.

The first in-house legal counsel will serve as a key business partner to the executive, supply chain, and manufacturing operations teams across the US and Canada. Reporting directly to the European counsel in France, you will own complex commercial contracts, oversee legal matters related to USMCA trade compliance, regulatory matters, and corporate governance.

The position offers $160K–$180 K in base compensation, attractive bonuses, and other benefits. Given the multi-site North American operations in IL, CO, CA, and Canada, the role requires up to 30% travel and is otherwise based in Naperville, IL.
