Happy Black History Month!
During Black History Month, we celebrate our past, our heritage, and the ongoing influence of Black women lawyers. It is a time to honor the trailblazers who have shaped the legal field and many other areas of our lives—those like Jane Bolin, the first Black woman judge in the United States, to Constance Baker Motley, who fought for justice during the civil rights movement and became the first Black woman Federal judge, to Jasmine Crockett, a powerful voice leading the charge today.
